  1. LeSS Basics was a great little jewel of agility where Gene Gendel covered beyond the basics, yet without unpacking by throwing the entire LeSS, Scrum, Systems Thinking, and related disciplines sink at the students. The class was interactive and innovative with non other than DevOps and Fear in the Workplace master Dana Pylayeva co-facilitating the hands-on exercises.

  2. The LeSS Basics class run by Gene and Dana was a great value. Rather than focusing exclusively on the mechanics of LeSS which you can read on the LeSS website, Gene and Dana focused on systems thinking with practical process mapping exercises that can take your organization’s process improvement efforts to the next level. Moreover, Gene and Dana’s answers during Q&A imparted deep insights gained from their years of experience.
