Jon has been a leading proponent of agile methodologies since first publishing his lightweight methodology in 1997. As part of the February 2001 gathering atop Snowbird Resort, Utah, Jon was one of the original co-authors of the Agile Manifesto for Software Development (www.agilemanifesto.org).
